As living costs rise, many are embracing smaller homes. Two decades ago, baby boomers aspired to spacious two-storey houses over 200 m². Today, with increasing maintenance expenses and a shift towards minimalism, compact homes around 100 m² are becoming the norm. This trend aligns with changing family structures, where smaller households are more common.
